Adjustment of Visa Status.

Lawful Permanent Resident. (Green Card)

In order to become a Lawful Permanent Resident (Immigrant) one must go through a multi-step process. Filing an application for such adjustment, being eligible to receive an immigrant visa and having such a visa immediately available at the time the application is filed.

We will prepare and file all necessary forms with the appropriate support documentation in place to minimize the likelihood of being refused by the U.S.C.I.S. Please note that adjustment of status is considered discretionary. USCIS may, in their discretion deny an application. It is very important that the application be filed correctly with proper supporting documentation.

Changing Visa Status Categories.

No one can predict what will occur in the future. Circumstances change and one finds the need to change the status of a current Visa to that of another. These matters although not complex at first blush lend themselves to possible complications.
